Meditation technique: Release meditation

Today I want to talk to you about Brendon Burchard’s release meditation. It’s a 20-minute meditation that you can do everyday.

How to do release meditation?
1. Close your eyes
2. Feel the relaxing music
3. Say the word release.

This kind of meditation is very easy; you can even do it in your house before you sleep. Just simply put on your headphones and listen to music and say the word release. You can do it for at least 20 minutes.
