In this video, I am going to talk to you about Breathing Meditation.
In a meditation practice there are two types you can choose, it is internal and external meditation. Today, we are going to focus on internal meditation. This kind of meditation will help you in your concentration to whatever you are doing on a daily basis.
It is very simple.
Close your eyes, and listen to your heartbeat.
What you are going to do is to inhale and exhale peacefully. Take a deep breath, and while doing it, you just listen to your heartbeat. This kind of meditation can be done in more or less 10 minutes everyday, depends on how much you need it. This breathing meditation will also relax your mind away from stress, deadlines, and all other pressure you are facing – in work, school, or in your house.
